2025-26 Institute Faculty Meetings, Teas, and Receptions (August 6, 2025)

Dear Colleagues,

I’m writing to you as the new Chair of the Faculty, together with new Associate Chairs Bevin Engelward and Erica James. We would like to thank the outgoing faculty officers, former Chair Mary Fuller and former Associate Chairs Peko Hosoi and Elly Nedivi, for their leadership and service these past two years. Bevin, Erica, and I look forward to working with all faculty throughout the Institute as your faculty officers during our two-year term.

We would also like to apprise you of the schedule for this year’s Institute Faculty Meetings. As always, they take place monthly on Wednesdays from 3:30–5pm in 10-250. Zoom information for each meeting will be shared with the agenda circulated in advance.

Following each Institute Faculty Meeting, we hold a post-meeting reception from 5–6pm in the Emma Rogers Room (10-340). New this year, we will also hold a pre-meeting tea (with cookies) from 3–3:30pm before the start of each Institute Faculty Meeting, in Emma Rogers as well. These teas and receptions offer the opportunity to connect more informally with us and with faculty colleagues.
